Founder - Comun Labs Pty Ltd
Nishantha Kuruppu is the founder of Comun Labs and a seasoned operations executive with over two decades of experience in BPO and shared services. He has held senior leadership roles including Vice President at BNY Mellon and Director of Operations at HSBC and SSA MACKAY, specialising in finance and accounting outsourcing, performance management, and process optimisation. Nishantha holds an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka.
