We are looking for a seasoned Solution Lead to provide technical and functional leadership across the Kinaxis Maestro implementation. As the most senior solution resource on the ground, you will guide the solution design, mentor consultants, and ensure the integrity of the overall solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading solution design and configuration across multiple Kinaxis Maestro applications.
- Providing mentorship and technical direction to Solution Consultants.
- Overseeing integration design and ensuring alignment with client business requirements.
- Driving quality assurance across solution deliverables.
- Engaging with client stakeholders to validate and refine solution approaches.
- Contributing to deployment planning and go-live readiness.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 18–24 months of hands-on Kinaxis Maestro experience.
- Level 3 Solution Lead designation (or working towards it with strong evidence of capability).
- Maestro certifications including:
- Contributor Level 1
- Author Levels 1, 2, and 3
- Integration Level 1
- Administrator Level 1
- Completed 4+ Kinaxis engagements.
- Demonstrated deployment of 2+ Maestro applications.
- Current application certifications in:
- Capacity Planning (Constraints) — Java Client
- Order Fulfilment in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry segment
- Experience across multiple industry verticals, or an external certification (APICS, ISM, or PMP).
- Proven leadership or mentoring experience within a consulting team.
