We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale Kinaxis supply chain transformation programme. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing, cross-functional team, ensuring the programme is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a critical leadership role within a complex, multi-workstream programme, requiring someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can confidently engage with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams within a multi-million dollar programme.
- Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and issues.
- Providing clear and consistent communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Guiding and motivating a dedicated team of solution and technical consultants.
- Ensuring client expectations are met — and exceeded — at every stage of delivery.
- Navigating complexity and ambiguity with sound judgement and strategic decision-making.
Key Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience.
- Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1 million.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software delivery environments.
- Ability to travel as required to support project execution and client interactions.
